This fully restored 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle, 300 Deluxe, 2-door is painted a beautiful Gold with a two-tone Gold and Tan, vinyl/cloth interior. Powering this Chevelle is a massive 454ci. eight cylinder engine with a 4-barrel carb along with an automatic transmission. This Chevelle has dual exhaust, power brakes, and American Racing wheels.
In 1965, this Chevelle would have cost about $2,200 and at 3,000 pounds was a fairly light car for its time. 9,500 Chevelle 300 Deluxes were built with V-8 engines, while over 30,000 had the 6 cylinders powering them. This was the second year for this body style and the most notable changes were a new grille and tail-lamps. Some emblem and molding changes also took place, but the body design was the same as in 1964 and only lasted two years before changing in 1966. The bottom is as clean as the top in this sharp Chevelle and you would truly be proud to be seen in this car.
