Can I temporarily remove my ad?

When you offer a vehicle for sale on Deals on Wheels, you must be prepared to sell your vehicle in the time, and the terms on which, you’ve listed it. We do not offer the option to temporarily pause or stop an ad you have purchased. Please contact one of our Customer Support Representatives at the number provided below if you believe you have extenuating circumstances that should be reviewed by our team.

Why aren't images appearing?

Check your internet browser settings and make sure that images are set to load automatically.

Using Internet Explorer

  1. On the Tools menu, click "Internet Options"
  2. Click the "Advanced" tab
  3. Under Multimedia, make sure the "Show Pictures" box is checked
Using Firefox

  1. Select "Options" from the Tools menu
  2. Select the "Content" tab on the "Options" window
  3. Make sure the option to "Load Images Automatically" is checked
  4. Select the "Exceptions" button next to the "Load Images Automatically"
  5. If "images.autotraderclassics.com" appears in the exceptions list, select it then click "Remove Site" button below the list
  6. Click "Close" at the bottom of the Exceptions window
  7. Click "OK" at the bottom of the Options window
  8. Reload the page

How do I contact a Seller?

Ads on DealsonWheels.com include contact information of the seller, enabling you to contact the seller directly for more information regarding the vehicle you are interested in purchasing.

The seller's contact information is located on the right side of each ad, in a section called "Seller Information." Sellers may also input their phone number in the ad comments section of the ad so please check there as well.

Do I qualify for a refund?

Deals on Wheels advertising service offers great value through favorable listing fees and a wide exposure of your ad to qualified buyers. As a result, Deals on Wheels cannot generally offer refunds on listing fees. Why aren't my photos showing online?

Please note that photos can typically require between 24 and 48 hours before displaying online.

If you don’t see your photos online after 48 hours, you may submit them directly to Customer Support and we will upload them for you. Please send your photos as email attachments to dowcustomerservice@autotrader.com. Be sure to include your name and phone number in the subject line of your email.

I've been scammed, now what?
