Up for sale is a breath taking, ultra rare, 1967 Ford Shelby GT500 C.S.S. This car was licensed by Carroll Shelby and it comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by both Carroll Shelby and Barry Smith (president of Legendary G.T. Continuation Cars.) This Shelby is number 014 of the Snake 3 continuation cars built. The exterior of the car is coated in a beautiful Pearl White with the Guardsman Blue 3 piece racing stripes. Are you ready? The front nose piece, front fenders, rocker panels, rear fenders and rear valance are all one piece seamless fiberglass! The door skins, louvered hood and deck lid are also fiberglass. Rear brake, quarter window and hood scoops are all functional as well. To finish up the exterior are staggered 17" 10 spoke Shelby wheels that give it a great stance. Supporting this stance are new rear leaf springs custom made out of stainless steel! Controlling this car through the corners are 3 way adjustable Koni shock absorbers and a 1" heavy duty front sway bar. You're going to need to slow this car down every now and then and to do so are Bear brake calipers with slotted and cross drilled 11 3/4" rotors in the front and 9" SVO disc on the rear. All brake lines and hoses are stainless steel as well. The underside has been completely painted to match the exterior of the car with black paint for the fender wells. We'll get to the interior soon, but before we do let's look under the hood. Here we have an all aluminum 468 Big Block built by Shelby's own motor division, which also comes with a letter of authenticity signed by Carroll Shelby. This engine puts out 594 horsepower and 544 ft. lbs. torque! The engine is a solid roller with roller rockers, a high volume oil pump with an Avid road racer oil pan and windage tray. The engine also has an aluminum Shelby water pump, aluminum radiator, Blue Shelby plug wires, Shelby Snake Skin valve covers and air cleaner lid, aluminum March under drive pulleys, and a Holley 850 CFM with vacuum operated secondaries to complete the engine. The exhaust leaves through coated Hooker long tube headers and Flow Master aluminized mufflers. You may not have noticed, but there's also A/C on this super car. Behind this wonderful power plant is a TKO 600 Tremech 5 speed transmission, an aluminum drive shaft and 4:11 to 1 Quaife posi-traction rear-end. The interior of this Shelby consist of Black Deluxe Comfort Weave seats, brushed aluminum dash and door panel inserts, OEM style roll bar covered in leather, leather covered full size spare tire, an OEM style gauge pod under the dash, the glove box has been autographed by Shelby, an AM radio and an OEM style wood grain steering wheel with a Stainless steel tilt steering column to finish it off. 1970 Plymouth GTX for sale in our Louisville showroom. This beautiful documented one owner GTX is powered by its original numbers matching 440 Super Commando V-8 hooked to the original numbers matching 727 Torqueflite automatic transmission. Putting the power to the ground is an 8-3/4in sure grip rear end holding 3.23 gears. This GTX has recently undergone a full restoration using as many original parts as possible and looks as good as or better than new. The documentation on this 1970 GTX is extensive with the original build sheet, window sticker, bill of sale, pre delivery inspection and invoice for the addition of power steering. To say this car is a rare find may be an understatement. The restoration on this car was extensive; it included disassembling the car and replacing reworking or refurbishing nearly every piece. 1970 Plymouth AAR Cuda For Sale in Chicago. Plymouth turned the heat up on the competition in 1970, with a redesign of the Barracuda. Buyers were offered 3 models: Barracuda, Barracuda Gran Coupe and the performance equipped 'Cuda. For Mopar gear heads 'Cuda buyers had a wide choice of performance V8 engines. 340, 383, 440 and the legendary 426 HEMI. In February of 1970, Plymouth announced addition of the AAR 'Cuda. Available mid-year, production started March 10, 1970 and ended five weeks later on April 17, 1970. While not the most powerful Barracuda in Plymouths 1970 lineup, it was the most unique. The street versions of the Plymouth AAR â??Cuda and the Dodge Challenger T/A were the results of Chryslers involvement in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Trans Am auto racing series. These E-bodies were different from any other high performance car built by Mopar. You could not order a Plymouth AAR 'Cuda, Chrysler informed each eligible dealer of the number of cars they would be allotted. Only 2,724 examples of the All American Racers Plymouth 'Cuda were produced. 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible is for sale in Chicago. This 71 Cuda Tribute VIN# is BH27G1B228833. The block is date code correct but is not numbers matching. The 727 TorqueFlite is matching to the vehicle, and the mileage showing around 43,000 is undocumented. 1958 Chevrolet Impala 2dr Hardtop For Sale in Chicago. The Impala was introduced in 1958 and positioned as top of the line Bel Air coupes and convertibles. From the windshield pillar rearward, the 1958 Chevrolet Bel Air Impala differed structurally from typical Chevrolets. Hardtops had a slightly shorter "greenhouse" or window area and longer rear deck, giving the impression of an extended body. 1958 was the first year of dual headlamps also. This Impala has the 348 Tri-Power engine with a "3 on the tree" 3-speed manual transmission, dual exhaust, and a posi-traction rearend. Options on this 58 Chevy are original AM Delco radio (not hooked up) AM/FM radio in the glove box, power steering, posi rearend, vinyl/cloth interior, original style Wide Whitewall bias ply tires, and the Continental kit. This Impala has been fully restored to stock, with a lot of detail, including original style factory T3 headlights and radiator rock/bug screen. With a six-cylinder engine, a Chevrolet Bel Air Impala started at $2,586, while $2,693 bought a V8. In all, 55,989 convertibles and 125,480 Sport Coupes were built, 15 percent of production. Interiors held a two-spoke steering wheel and color-keyed door panels with brushed aluminum trim. No other series included a convertible. Impala signaled Chevrolet's entry into the mid-price field, even if the design was less radical than planned. In addition to style and vigorous performance, ads marketed its "quick, eager-to-please handling that lets you know you're the boss." 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt Tribute. This car has been made in to one of the greatest factory lightweight racers Ford has released. The Thunderbolt was a radical turn from the stock Fairlane, Based on the Fairlane and named for a factory experimental Fairlane of 1963, the Thunderbolt combined the light weight of Ford's intermediate-sized body introduced in 1962 with a "high rise" 427 CID V8 engine with dual Holley four-barrel carburetors intended for use in the much larger Galaxie. As installed in the Thunderbolt, the engine was conservatively rated for insurance purposes at 425 horsepower at 6000 RPM estimates placed the actual output at +600 horsepower. In Thunderbolt trim, the Fairlane was three inches shorter than a Galaxie and weighed a significant 700 pounds less. Fiberglass doors, hood, front fenders and even the front bumper on the earliest cars along with plexiglass side and rear windows aided in weight reduction. The hood with its distinctive raised "teardrop" ram air scoop designed to draw hot air from the engine compartment was pinned in position, eliminating the need for a hood latch and making access to the engine quick and easy during the course of a race. Later cars had aluminum front bumpers in place of the fiberglass unit due to racing regulations. Racing equipment included tubular exhaust headers, an electric fuel pump, altered rear suspension with heavy-duty traction control bars and asymmetrical leaf springs, heavy-duty trunk-mounted battery, locking differential, auxiliary gauges, special drag race wheels and tires and an aluminum scatter shield designed to contain the clutch in case of disintegration under load Other weight-saving measures included the elimination of such street items as the sun visors, radio, heater, wheel covers, passenger side windshield wiper, arm rests, rear window cranks, mirrors, sound deadening material, carpeting, trunk mat, lug wrench, jack and spare tire. Front seats were either lightweight units from Ford's police package vehicles or rudimentary bucket seats from the Econoline van the carpeting was replaced by a black rubber mat. The rear seat was a standard Fairlane unit. The high-beam headlights were eliminated as well and in their place were mesh-covered air intakes which ran directly to a special air cleaner atop the 427. These modifications resulted in a car which, as tested with a four-speed transmission at Lions Drag Strip in November 1963, ran 11.61 seconds at 124.8 MPH! This car has been made with nearly every option that would have been on an original Thunderbolt from the engine and ram air setup, fiberglass body panels and hood, plexiglass windows, fiberglass bumpers rubber mats light bucket seats and more. The only piece that is noticeably absent is the warning plate in the glove box letting buyers know that this vehicle does not meet Fordâ??s fit and finish standards. 1935 Ford Cabriolet For Sale. This gorgeous â??35 is powered by a Flathead V-8 engine that has Offenhauser polished heads, a polished intake with three carburetors sitting atop it. 1964 Dodge 330 â??Ramcharger Cloneâ?. This car was built as a throwback to the days of plain Jane appearing cars that would dominate the drag strip. This car is a modern twist on an infamous classic. This car has been repainted in the stock white and wears the same modest trim of the day.
