1957 Chevrolet Tri-5 150 For Sale. This slick â??57 offer iconic 50s styling with a little bit of modern technology for some added GO. The â??57 Chevy has long been the glory hound of the Tri-5 years and it seems no car show or cruise in is complete without one. The 150 model has become much more popular over the last few years but many of these now wear the Bel-Air stainless making the 150 trim scarce. Classic 1971 442 w30 for sale in our Louisville showroom. There were only about 200 Oldsmobile 442 w30's with the 4 speed manual transmission. Of those it's estimated that only 40 still exist, and Gateway Classic Cars has one! The Oldsmobile 442 (pronounced four-four-two) was a muscle car produced by the Oldsmobile division of General Motors. It was introduced as an option package for F-85 and Cutlass models sold in the United States beginning with the 1964 model year. The 442 appellation comes from the configuration of the car: a four-barrel carburetor, a four-speed manual transmission, and dual exhaust pipes. It became a model in its own right from 1968 to 1971, then reverted to an option through the mid-1970s. Here is what the original sales brochure had to say about the w30. "4-4-2 W-30: The original Olds cold-air machine. Now featuring the big 455 cubic inch V-8 with 370-air-inducted horsepower. Nobody offers more in cubes! Or looks! This cool 70 GTO is powered by a rebuilt to numbers matching RAM AIR III 400 WS code engine, with 366 HP. This Pontiac has the correct Rochester Quadrajet carburetor with stock intake, #12 heads, RAM AIR exhaust manifolds, correct alternator and a date matched voltage regulator. This convertible has a M-20 wide ratio 4-speed transmission with a 3.55:1 10 bolt Safety Track rear end.
