About Us
How it all started:
Lawrenceville Honda Yamaha (Incorporated as Freehold Cycle Center) was founded in New Jersey in 1979. Our corporate name was derived from the town we were located in, Freehold, NJ. Freehold’s claim to fame (besides having had us there, wink, wink) is that Bruce Springsteen was born and raised there.
We continued to do business there as Freehold Honda until November of 1994, when after much success in New Jersey it was decided that better opportunities awaited in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
What it became:
Our move from New Jersey brought with us many employees. Seven of them continue to share their more than 155 years of combined technical, managerial, and sales experience at our store each day.
Our current staff of 31 employees consists of 12 employees who have been with our company for 10 or more years each and another 11 who have been with us at least 3 or more years. Since coming to Lawrenceville (famous for its Crepe Myrtle Trees) we have outgrown our original building and expanded our showroom. This has given our customers the opportunity to see all of Honda’s Motorcycles, ATVs, Scooters, and Generators in one showroom and all of Yamaha’s Motorcycles, ATVs, Scooters, and Side by Sides in another right next door!
Please visit both our showrooms when you come and see us!!!

The Perfect Blend of Performance, Handling, and Desire.
Is Honda's CBR600RR the perfect sportbike? Plenty of riders think so. And it's easy to see why. First off, it offers a near magical combination of light weight, free-revving power, compliant suspension and all in a package that’s sized just right.
Next, the CBR600RR has been honed to perfection on the track, where it dominates the World Supersport championship scene. And then there's the CBR's awe-inspiring degree of Honda technology: tuned twin-spar frame, Programmed fuel injection, the Honda Electronic Steering Damper (HESD) and Honda's available Combined ABS that all add up to put the CBR600RR way ahead of anything in the 600 class.
But at the end of the day, one thing stands out above all the rest: The CBR600RR is just a blast to ride. And isn't that why you're looking at sportbikes in the first place?

Think of a fighter, standing in the ring. Boots, trunks, gloves—and plenty of muscle. That’s the Honda CB1000R, a machine that offers Superbike performance, a comfortable, do-it-all riding position, and sense of style that’s off the charts.
The formula is simple: We built a special chassis that puts the 998cc engine out front and center, and lets you sit more upright. The result is one of the most versatile open-class bikes the world has ever seen, as comfortable on a long trip as it is confident on the boulevard. When you need one bike that can do it all, and do it exceedingly well, the CB1000R is the machine you want in your corner.

20 Years of Superbike Domination.
There’s big news when it comes to the new 2012 Honda CBR1000RR. The CBR1000RR is already the essential Superbike, offering a perfectly integrated combination of power, handling, and overall balance for both the street and the track. But this year we’ve taken this versatile machine and given it some major upgrades. New suspension, new bodywork, new instrumentation, new wheels—and that’s just the start. All that in addition to its famously powerful 999cc liquid-cooled inline-four-cylinder engine and all-aluminum twin-spar chassis.
The future’s looking bright indeed—at least if you’re looking at it from behind the bars of a new 2012 CBR1000RR.

Sport-touring bikes have to do double-duty, and do both well. The Honda ST1300 is proof that if you start out with the world’s ultimate touring bike and the world’s best sportbikes, you can create something magical. One part long-distance hauler, one part canyon-carving ace, ST1300 combines Gold Wing-inspired luxury with CBR-derived performance. Its wind-tunnel-honed bodywork and hard saddlebags perfectly complement a powerful V-4 engine, shaft drive, a race-bred chassis, and ABS. The result? A bike that’s equally at home swallowing up miles of blacktop as it is dicing through the twistiest of alpine passes. And all without ever breaking a sweat.

Revolutionary? Radical? Honda’s incredible VFR1200F is all that, and much more. The list of innovative technology is endless, and there’s even more this year since the 2012 VFR1200F showcases some significant upgrades, improvements and innovations. The super-compact Unicam® design 1237cc V4 engine is fueled by Honda’s Throttle By Wire system, and this year offers more torque and more range. There’s even a new Traction Control system. Together with Honda’s Combined Braking with ABS, this makes the VFR one of the most feature packed bikes out there.
But perhaps most striking of all is the available game-changing six-speed Honda Dual-Clutch Transmission: featuring your choice of changing gears with a pair of F1-style paddle shifters or letting the bike shift itself in either of two riding modes. It’s a feature that has completely blown away even the most cynical magazine test rider. And for 2012 it’s even better, with revised software to optimize the shift points depending on an individual rider’s inputs and riding style. Or, if you prefer, there’s also a second version of the VFR1200F equipped with a conventional six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch.

How do you classify a bike as sharp as the Honda Sabre? Pro Street dragster or boulevard bad boy—the Sabre offers a heaping dose of both. It’s a sleek, modern-day custom, that’s for sure. Taking a cue from the stripped-down styling of the Fury, it goes on to carve out its own, very unique place in the Honda Custom lineup. Just check out the crisp, clean lines, sporty, minimalist fenders, tall, 21-inch front tire, raked-out fork and low, aggressively set bars. And let’s not forget the brawny 1312cc 52º V-twin engine responsible for putting all this wickedly cool style in motion.
